When you submit a plumbing request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, callback phone, optional email, service address, unit number, city, ZIP, property type, requester role, the service you need, urgency, preferred date/window, notes, and your communication preferences and consents. We also collect the source page or city, referrer, and basic device information for routing and analytics.

We use your information to route your request to an available independent plumbing provider, to contact you about your request, and to operate and improve the service. We do not send names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, or uploaded photos to analytics tools.

To fulfill your request, we share your request details with the matched independent provider so they can quote and perform the work. This sharing is necessary to provide the service. We do not claim your information is never shared — matching requires sharing it with the provider.

Service-update SMS consent is optional and unchecked; standard message rates may apply and you can opt out anytime. Any promotional marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked. We honor opt-outs and do-not-disturb settings.

We retain request records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business and legal needs, using minimal retention where possible. Uploads are handled privately. Administration of request records is access-controlled; public users cannot access lead records, private photos, or admin functions.

You may decline optional fields. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information where applicable. Submitting a request does not obligate you to accept any provider's proposal.

This service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
